About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our team at LEWIS, a global change marketing agency. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective running of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with clients, acting as the key contact for all marketing services and defining deadlines and service agreements.
  • Work closely with clients to regularly review account performance, identifying opportunities for additional services across all activation channels.
  • Drive the team to develop compelling and impactful content and campaigns for clients.
  • Collaborate with strategy and account leads to define campaign propositions and activation plans.
  • Ensure effective budget management with clients and the wider LEWIS team.
  • Play an integral role in the new business process, generating content and presentation preparation, and attending pitches.
  • Measure client growth and impact across the full spectrum of marketing channels.
  • Communicate account performance internally and provide strategic advice to clients based on measurable analytics.
  • Utilize analytical tools and services to generate insight, fuel conversation, and optimize activities.
  • Assist with the management of junior staff across multiple accounts and support their development.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and current market trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, practices, and policies.

About You

  • You will be an experienced Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Executive with a background in Marketing/Integrated, preferably with both B2C and B2B knowledge.
  • You will have experience running integrated marketing accounts and branding projects.
  • Social media and content marketing experience will be beneficial.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, project management, and communication skills are essential for this role.
