About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Physiotherapy team at Oaks Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Orthopaedic and MSK patients, providing expert care and treatment.
  • Lead the Physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development of Physiotherapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior Physiotherapists, promoting professional development and growth.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC.
  • Proven experience in Orthopaedic and MSK Physiotherapy, with a strong track record of patient outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Knowledge of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Availability for on-call, weekend duties, and altered working patterns as required.
