Job Opportunity: Supported Housing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Supported Housing Officer. This exciting role will provide frontline housing management for our vulnerable customers, including adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and older people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out health and safety checks to ensure a safe living environment for our customers.
  • Resolve neighbourly disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour.
  • Offer tenancy advice to our vulnerable customers or their support agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality housing services.
Requirements:
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for Business Use.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in housing management or a related field.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
