Vacancy Type: Permanent Part Time

Hours of work: 21 hours per week (3 days per week)

Salary: £20,942 per annum (£34,904 per annum pro rata)

Location: Bexley Borough, London

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supported Housing Officer to join our Housing Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline housing management services to our vulnerable customers, including adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and older people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out health and safety checks to ensure a safe living environment for our customers.
  • Resolve neighbourly disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour.
  • Offer tenancy advice to our vulnerable customers or their support agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver quality housing services to our customers.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of housing management principles and practices. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vulnerable customers and their support agencies.
