About the Role

As a Trading Manager at Asda, you'll be responsible for motivating your team to deliver exceptional results across the department, maximising availability and driving sales. You'll be the driving force behind maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team to excel in their roles and ensuring that back of house areas run smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change with ease. You'll be a natural leader, possessing strong coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills to inspire your team to achieve great results. Your role model behaviour will ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

About You

We're looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Trading Manager, you'll be a key player in the leadership team, working closely with your colleagues to drive sales and availability. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service.
