Probation Officer

As a Probation Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation of offenders and protecting the public. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and manage risks, provide information to courts, and work closely with agencies throughout the justice system.

You will work with medium and lower-risk clients, providing practical advice on housing and employment, as well as listening and offering support. Your empathetic and patient approach will help offenders turn their lives around, making a positive impact on their communities.

We are looking for individuals with experience of working with people who have social or personal difficulties. You will be resilient, with good writing skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports to tight deadlines.
