Theatre Practitioner Anaesthetics ODP/RGN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetic Nurse/ODP to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist consultants during surgical procedures, providing support and expertise as required.
- Prepare patients for clinical and operative procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Provide immediate post-operative care, monitoring patients' condition and responding to any concerns.
- Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of an advanced practitioner, ensuring the safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and information to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives.
- Help control cross-infection by observing departmental policy and procedures.
- Relevant ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse qualification (HCPC/ADULT RGN).
- Post-registration experience within Anaesthetics.
