We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist/Technical Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. This role requires a strong engineering background and excellent technical sales skills to bridge the knowledge gap between our commercial and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct technical product demonstrations to international distributors and customers, either in person or virtually.
- Assist customers with product configuration and setup.
- Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering/customer service team to provide best-in-class product training and technical manuals.
- Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in a technical sales/product engineering role.
- Experience in product demonstration, technical support, and technical sales.
- Strong engineering and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Background in Physics/Maths and electronics.
- Experience with Windows and Linux is a plus.
