Senior Service Advisor Job Description

**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our client's team at a prestige car dealership. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure customers are informed of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a clear and professional manner
* Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, and provide guidance on additional products and services
* Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, and advise on timescales and collection arrangements
* Produce job cards on the in-house computer system, and update customer and vehicle records
* Document all warranty work according to manufacturer policy, and prepare and complete invoices

**Requirements**

* At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor
* Full driving licence
