Recruitment Sales Development Representative

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European IT and marketing sectors. This role requires a motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within our ideal client profile, map decision makers, and build a database of high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn and CRM software.
• Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages, delivering the CW Talent value proposition and capturing interest in our recruitment services.
• Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit for our services, qualifying leads and setting appointments for senior sales representatives.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 (OTE), comprising a base salary of £25,000 plus two forms of uncapped commission.
