Key Responsibilities- Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Parts Servicing: Replace and maintain escalator parts as needed to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to mechanical failures and breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Checks: Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Workload Management: Plan and manage workload to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain van stock and order supplies through our established supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Hold a NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent qualifications, and possess a full UK Driving License with the ability to travel.
