Job Summary:

As a Service Administrator at JCT600, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our Service team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless administration processes, enabling our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve daily service bookings with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate technical calls for diagnostic bookings and initiate Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents.
  • Verify parts availability for all bookings within the parts department.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in administration activities and collect data with precision.
  • Record customer and vehicle information accurately, ensuring up-to-date data for prospecting repeat and incremental business.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via telephone or email when required.
  • Ensure relevant information is shared between the Service and Sales departments to optimize customer experience and maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy administration role, preferably within a Service environment.
  • A customer-centric attitude, striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organized approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Drive, energy, and motivation to succeed.

  • A competitive OTE of £25,000, dependent on experience.
