Job Summary:

As a Service Administrator at JCT600, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administration support to the Service team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Service and Sales departments, guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve daily service bookings with precision and accuracy.
  • Arrange technical calls for diagnostic bookings and initiate the process of Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents.
  • Verify parts availability for all bookings within the parts department.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in all administration activities and collect data with precision.
  • Accurately record customer and vehicle information to ensure up-to-date data for prospecting repeat and incremental business.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via telephone or email as required.
  • Ensure relevant information is shared between the Service and Sales departments to optimize customer experience and maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a busy administration role, preferably within a Service environment.
  • A customer-centric attitude, striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organized approach to work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Drive, energy, and motivation to succeed.
