Payroll Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our payroll operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our 2,400 employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle complex payroll challenges, including bonuses, deductions, pensions, and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation.
- Drive insights and improvements by providing valuable, data-driven insights to senior management and spearheading initiatives to streamline and enhance our payroll processes.
- Collaborate across teams with HR, Finance, and IT to optimise our payroll systems and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Lead and innovate by participating in or leading payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and process reengineering, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
- Share your expertise by training and developing team members and acting as the go-to person for resolving payroll queries and issues.
