As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects, driving growth and retention through exceptional relationship management and new business development.

The role requires ultimate accountability for delivering high-quality services to clients, understanding their unique needs and developing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying primary budget holders and decision-makers, establishing strong relationships with these stakeholders, and leveraging expertise within specialist technical teams to deliver value-added services.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Demonstrable growth of existing portfolio through proactive identification of new opportunities
  • Effective management of client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
  • Successful delivery of projects and initiatives aligned with client objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand complex client needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market developments, with a deep understanding of the challenges facing clients in the retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors
