Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment. This is a 9-month contract role focused on driving PR, social media, and influencer engagement for a leading fashion retail brand.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office two to three days a week. As a key member of the marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Campaign and Media teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement PR, Social, and Influencer strategies for the brand.
  • Manage PR and influencer activations, ensuring they align with brand strategy and deliver on KPIs.
  • Oversee events, activations, and influencer partnerships, continually seeking innovative ways to elevate the brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and talent to enhance brand reputation.
  • Set and manage the PR & Social budget, ensuring cost efficiency and impact.
  • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance to key business stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in PR and social media management (5+ years), ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful, integrated campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies and external stakeholders, including influencers and media.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
