About the Role

Office Angels is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client's team in Ascot. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process internal financing contracts
  • Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status
  • Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing
  • Download and review customer contracts and documentation
  • Prepare reports using Excel
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams as needed
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in SAP or equivalent software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
