Employee Relations Partner Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Employee Relations Partner to join our dynamic Advisory team where you will play a key role in shaping our employee relations strategy and ensuring our values are reflected in all aspects of work. This role requires someone who can build relationships quickly and has a proven track record of managing high-volume employee relations cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as escalation point for high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring the team is clear on the next steps and why.
  • Coach and enable business leaders to make well-informed people decisions in line with current legislation.
  • Manage a small team of Senior Advisors and Advisors and be the point of contact for the Strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Attend weekly/bi-weekly/quarterly meetings with stakeholders to discuss ongoing ER Cases and highlight any possible risk.
  • Have ownership of the Safecall reports in the business areas, ensuring the team drives these to conclusion efficiently.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum L5 CIPD.
  • Demonstrable experience working within Employee Relations in a fast-paced, low-margin business.
  • Proven experience managing or team leading a small team, with a blend of remote and office-based workers.
  • Experience of working within a shared service HR delivery.
  • Experience of service improvement.
