Child Welfare Specialist Position

We are looking for a Child Welfare Specialist to join our team at Academics. The successful candidate will work with children who have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about education and rehabilitation, and has the ability to work effectively in challenging settings. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional education and support for traumatized children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote individual happiness and well-being
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for helping children and young people achieve their full potential
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information: This position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Interviews are taking place shortly.
