About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Crisis Resolution Practitioner to join our team at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Crisis Resolution Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for service users requiring urgent Mental Health Assessment and Home Treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the team's objectives and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices, ensuring seamless integration into our Crisis Resolution services.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with post-qualification specialist mental health training.
  • Proven experience working in a crisis resolution setting or a similar field, with a strong understanding of crisis care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, carers, and colleagues.
Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns to accommodate the needs of the service.
  • Able to travel independently across a large geographical area, adhering to strict time deadlines and holding a full UK driving license.
