A Role Focused on Quality Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with local services to deliver effective mental health services. The post holder will have proven experience within a Community Mental Health Team or community mental health experience.

Your role will involve delivering the gatekeeping function for admission to inpatient mental health units and offering in-reach work in wards to facilitate discharges. You will also plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care for clients in crisis with acute mental health problems in the community. Estimated salary for this role is £26 per hour, umbrella company arrangement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a valid full UK driver's license and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Estimated annual salary range is £53,600 - £62,400 based on experience.
