Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Community Mental Health nurse to join our team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake assessments of individuals and their families, identifying complex health presentations and developing care plans that promote recovery and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective risk management.
  • To engage service users and carers in the care planning process, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • RGN/RMN qualified with current NMC registration
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Mentor qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
