About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recovery Support Worker to join our Solihull Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outreach and community follow-up to support service users through their recovery using low-intensity psychosocial interventions.
  • Work alongside a highly skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team to collaboratively set goals with patients to aid recovery from mental health issues.
  • Ensure effective care pathways to a range of services that will enhance individual recovery, including liaison with identified partners and community organisations.
  • Provide low-intensity psychosocial interventions to service users on caseload, including signposting to appropriate facilities and support through a CBT approach.
