Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance type projects, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective program development and performance improvement strategies in a social housing environment.
  • Manage contracts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and value for money.
  • Monitor and control budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and improve customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading teams and managing contracts in a social housing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of program development, performance improvement, and contract management.
  • CDM knowledge and experience.
  • Strong project management and commercial acumen skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
