Property Maintenance Delivery Manager

A leading Property Landlord is seeking a Property Maintenance Delivery Manager to join their Property Services Team in Dorset Region. The successful candidate will lead a team of specialized contractors in delivering property maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of contractors in delivering property maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring value for money and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, CDM knowledge, and project management best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of contractors in delivering property maintenance projects.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements, programme development, and performance improvement in a social housing environment.
- CDM knowledge and experience, project management and contract management skills.
- Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets.
- Ability to operate with commercial acumen, budget scope circa £2 million.
- Possess strong people skills and effective communication, able to influence and challenge.
- Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a complex delivery environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
