We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stroke Department Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including managing clinic information, scheduling appointments, and retrieving patient data.
- Support the clinical team during weekly Neurovascular multidisciplinary meetings, including taking detailed minutes and maintaining an action tracker.
- Contribute to the achievement of UCLH's top ten objectives and uphold our Trust values, behaviours, and standards.
