Job Title: UK Sales and Commercial Manager
Location: Ideally South Midlands but flexible hybrid working within the UK with regular travel
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly experienced UK Sales and Commercial Manager to lead our sales and commercial teams in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and commercial success in both public and private sectors, with a focus on expanding private sector growth, transforming and growing public sector business, leading and inspiring high-performing sales and commercial teams, driving market excellence, managing commercial success, shaping marketing strategy, and championing culture and vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staying ahead of market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and building key industry partnerships, while also overseeing P&L management, ensuring effective cost control, margin improvement, and accurate forecasting to drive financial success.
