About the Opportunity

Our team of Optical Care Specialists play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical support in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Mobile Optometrists to deliver a seamless patient experience from chair to dispense.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Deliver Exceptional Care: Support patients and customers in making informed choices about optical and healthcare products and services.
  • Work Flexibly Across the Opticians Area: Develop your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for patients and customers.
  • Provide Expert Knowledge: Offer specialist advice to patients with complex requirements.
  • Deliver Complete Healthcare Solutions: Work with our Boots Healthcare teams to provide a one-stop-shop for patients and customers.
  • Supervise and Mentor Colleagues: Develop and educate our team members to deliver exceptional care.
  • Comply with Clinical Policies: Ensure that our clinical standards are maintained to support patient safety.
  • Support Operational Processes: Contribute to the efficient running of our opticians business.
  • Participate in Store Leadership Meetings: Ensure that high clinical standards are maintained across our stores.
  • Embrace Digital Solutions: Introduce customers to digital tools and services.
  • Travel to Stores: Visit our stores within the area to provide support and services.
