Senior Account Development Manager

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Development Manager to join our client's team.
In this role, you'll have the chance to work with a talented team and develop strategic communications plans that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be accountable for:
- Managing client relationships and developing strategic communications plans
- Creating and executing effective PR campaigns that deliver results
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Developing and implementing communications strategies across multiple channels
- Managing budget, timelines, and account management reporting
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in PR at AM/SAM or AD level within an agency
- Strong background in B2B communications and relationship-building
- Excellent leadership and talent development skills
Remuneration
- £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Full-time or part-time arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office
