Job Title: Digital Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Innovation Specialist to join our school community at Empowering Learning.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students and develop their skills in information technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in IT across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital innovation and the ability to inspire students. They should also have proven experience in teaching IT or Computing and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.

Salary: £175 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The Digital Innovation Specialist will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans to foster a love for technology and digital innovation. They will also be required to deliver lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in IT across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans to foster a love for technology and digital innovation.
Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching IT or Computing.
  • Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
  • An enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply.
