About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in Livingston, working closely with existing customers considering leaving Sky. As a key member of our contact centre, you'll handle inbound calls and provide top-notch service to retain their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky
2. Providing exceptional customer service to retain their loyalty
3. Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and drive results

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be results-oriented, enthusiastic about sales, and excellent at building rapport with people. You should also be creative in solving problems and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
