Job Overview

The Service Coordinator role at Calibre Scientific is a permanent, full-time position based in our Airdrie office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and booking jobs, logging job information to engineer calendars, and coordinating with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Liaising with customers to send monthly due lists.
  2. Quotation, processing, and booking jobs using SAP systems.
  3. Booking work with customers and updating engineer calendars.
  4. Processing and printing protocols (workbooks) for engineers.
  5. Undertaking general filing duties and ensuring confidentiality.
  6. Covering administrative holidays when needed.
  7. Complying with Health & Safety procedures at work.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidential information.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Location: On-site, Airdrie, Scotland.
