Job Outline: The Service Coordinator is based in Airdrie office with responsibility for creating/booking jobs, logging job information to engineer calendars, and coordinating with Customers.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with Customers sending monthly Due list
  2. Quotation, Processing and booking Jobs using SAP Systems
  3. Booking work with customer
  4. Booking work in calendar and updating Calendar
  5. Processing and printing Protocols (work books) for Engineers
  6. To undertake general filing duties
  7. To undertake incoming telephone duties.
  8. To process parcel distribution and incoming parcels. (when admin staff are off)
  9. Covering admin holidays when needed
  10. To ensure that confidentiality is protected by ensuring all files, records and correspondence are treated in confidential manner and access to all information ID controlled
  11. To Comply with Health & Safety at work procedures
