Job Description

\

We're looking for a talented Service Management Lead to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager, driving profitability and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

\

You'll divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service. If you have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management\
  • Coach and train colleagues in moment-to-moment situations\
  • Meet compliance standards across Health and Safety\
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\
  • IT proficient with a willingness to learn in-house systems\

What We Offer

\

We offer a competitive salary of £26,175-£30,000 per annum, plus an average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year. You'll also enjoy benefits like 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills and Halfords products, and more.
