Job Description: Talent Hub Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled PR Manager to lead press and PR campaigns for a 12-month maternity contract. This full-time role involves strategic planning and execution of press and PR campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive overall results. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering impactful press and PR campaigns, partnering with the Director of Audiences to develop a comprehensive crisis communications strategy, and cultivating and expanding our network of media contacts.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for press and PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategy, audience, and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive overall results and ensure successful execution of media campaigns.
  • Cultivate and expand our network of relationships with diverse media contacts, including mainstream, specialist, national, and international outlets.
  • Oversee daily running of highly responsive press office, handling media enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PR Manager role, preferably in arts & culture sector.
  • Strong knowledge of media landscape and network of media contacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Experience and knowledge of campaign evaluation methods.
  • Experience in managing small PR team.
  • Commitment to 12-month maternity contract starting in January.
