Dynamic KS2 Classroom Leader

A dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 classroom leader is required to join our dedicated team at Academics. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating a stimulating learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.
Our small, supportive school community prioritizes the academic and personal growth of our students, providing a nurturing environment where they can develop into confident and capable individuals. We are seeking an experienced teacher who shares our passion for education and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- To create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- To contribute to the development of curriculum plans and educational programs
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching Key Stage 2 classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
