Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands, covering Coventry and East Anglia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving our company strategy, objectives, and targets within the defined customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Drive our company strategy, objectives, and targets within the defined customer base.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipelining information and maintain strict monitoring of information detailing project, product, revenue, and timings.
- Bring individual thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, open culture, and vision for the future.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical device or related industry and understanding of the capital sales process.
- Established record of delivering sales goals or quotas (several years at or above quota).
- Knowledge of tendering is an advantage.
- Confirmed selling skills.
- Clinical experience in manual handling or physiotherapy is beneficial.
- Experience of using a CRM.
