Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands, covering Coventry and East Anglia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving our company strategy, objectives, and targets within the defined customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive our company strategy, objectives, and targets within the defined customer base.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipelining information and maintain strict monitoring of information detailing project, product, revenue, and timings.
  • Bring individual thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, open culture, and vision for the future.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical device or related industry and understanding of the capital sales process.
  • Established record of delivering sales goals or quotas (several years at or above quota).
  • Knowledge of tendering is an advantage.
  • Confirmed selling skills.
  • Clinical experience in manual handling or physiotherapy is beneficial.
  • Experience of using a CRM.
