About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our team in manufacturing high-quality cosmetics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating and developing new products, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Mixing pre-weighed raw materials using large vessels and equipment to create a bulk ready for filling and packaging.
  • Ensuring that targets are achieved while maintaining customer demands at the lowest possible cost while achieving the required quality standards.
  • FOLLOWING PRECISELY ALL WRITTEN MANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED ON MANUFACTURING ORDER (MO) OR IF ANY MISTAKES ARE FOUND THEN RECORD WHAT YOU HAVE DONE AND REPORT THESE TO IC.
  • Conduct Quality tests and input data according to batch requirements.
  • Proficiently using current electronic shop floor control systems.


About You:


To succeed in this role, you should have/be:



  • Factory experience desirable but not essential.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Available for alternative shift pattern/fixed night shift.
  • Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment.
  • Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.

Estimated Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
