The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and management, with experience in managing personnel, equipment, and resources. They will be responsible for managing production timescales, working within contract budgets and timescales, and ensuring quality control and packing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintenance and organization of the main workshop and other workshop areas, including the Machine Workshop and Development Workshop. They will liaise with machining suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure that the Company Safety Policy is implemented at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong people management experience, proven experience as a Production Manager, and a hands-on production background. They will also have strong planning and deadline management skills, and knowledge of assembly, machining, and inspection procedures. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £45k, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), and other benefits.
