Night Personal Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Night Personal Assistant to provide 20 hours of overnight support to an individual with a learning disability. As a Night Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling the person to achieve their goals and outcomes, while promoting their independence and dignity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the person with their personal care routines, including bathing and dressing.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and cooking, taking into account the person's dietary needs.
  • Encouraging the person to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in health and social care or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum
