Job Title: Registered Care Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our care team in delivering high-quality care and support to clients
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  • Recruit, train, and supervise care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our care services remain of the highest standard

Requirements

  • Level 5 health and social care qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in care management, preferably in a domiciliary care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
