About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Digital and Data Services department, you will be responsible for managing our digital and data contracts, ensuring effective service delivery and value for money.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience of working within the NHS or healthcare sector. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas, as well as develop and apply analytical approaches to formulate solutions and implementation of contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patient care delivery, championing digital and data-driven innovation at the heart of our organisation. With a salary of around £55,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive package and the chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals.

About the Team: Our Digital and Data Services department is committed to harnessing the power of digital and data-driven transformation in improving patient care across Derby, Derbyshire, and parts of Staffordshire. We are passionate about delivering exceptional care and strive to achieve this through effective collaboration, innovative thinking, and a commitment to excellence.

We see on average 4810 OP appointments a day and an average of 1115 patients are seen in A&Es across our network every day. This presents a unique challenge, but also an opportunity for you to make a real impact and drive forward-thinking solutions that benefit our patients and communities.
