At OPR Resourcing Specialists, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our fleet.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role based in our office. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to colleagues on all matters related to the fleet, addressing and resolving queries and requests promptly and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for ensuring fleet operations comply with regulations and company policies, collaborating with departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement to align fleet operations with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing Group Vehicle Requirements, including spot hire, rental, and contract hire.
  • Recording and tracking changes to vehicle and driver information as needed.
  • Managing the Group's tolls, congestion charges, and ULEZ accounts.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to fleet forms and documentation.
  • Updating the system with information such as license checks, parking notices, road tax, and other relevant details.
  • Processing fleet invoices.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience with Fleet Management.
  • Strong MS Excel skills - ideally with good working knowledge of pivot tables and formulas.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate work.
  • Experience in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and Fleet Suppliers.
  • Process driven with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Able to confidently work independently and collaboratively.
  • A driver with a car due to the location and traveling to other sites.
