**Job Title -** Administrator/Project Coordinator
**Location -**Slinfold, Horsham

**The Opportunity**:
An Administrator/Project Coordinator with a passion for the industry is required to work in a team alongside the Project Co-Ordinator & Project Managers managing largescale Commercial Landscape projects.
**As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include the following**:
- Working alongside the Project Co-Ordinator and Project Manager assisting in largescale Commercial Landscape projects.
- Assist Projects team with new tender submissions.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding estimates for plants & materials.
- Ordering plants and materials for jobs as required.
- Liaising with clients/customers on new quotes and plans.
- Liaising with the Project Co-Ordinator to price and submit tenders to deadlines.
- Measuring landscaping drawings to assist with quoting.
- Collate and distribute project packs.
- Maintaining Project spreadsheet.
- Project analysis upon completion of projects.
- Liaising with the Operations Supervisor regarding regular stock takes of the nursery and maintain stock levels of plants and materials.
- Maintain plant inventory.
**We are looking for an Administrator who has the following skills and experiences**:
- 2 Years minimum administration experience (MUST HAVE)
- Be organised with a keen eye for detail and be able to manage the workload proficiently and independently.
- A landscaping background alongside plant knowledge would be advantageous.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2-3 months
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
