Product Manager (with Performance Marketing Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in performance marketing to lead the development and optimization of our product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Engineering, and Marketing, to leverage your performance marketing experience and ensure our product delivers the tools and insights that empower businesses to scale their marketing campaigns profitably across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for performance marketing features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Leverage your background in performance marketing to design and develop product features that enable marketers to scale large budgets profitably across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to inform creative strategy and guide the production of large volumes of videos and images that drive performance.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Data teams to improve platform efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights.
  • Drive product innovation by constantly testing and iterating on new tools, features, and processes that help users improve their campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to prioritize product improvements, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business impact.
  • Ensure product development timelines are met and communicate progress with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on performance marketing trends, platform changes, and industry best practices, ensuring BLKBOX remains a leader in AI-powered marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of scaling large budgets on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech startup environment, overseeing product development from ideation to launch.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Creative, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Excellent data and analytics skills, with the ability to synthesize user data and performance metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Experience developing tools, platforms, or features that optimize marketing performance and efficiency.
