About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA business development efforts for Broadcom's CA portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, and drives revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  • Lead EMEA Business Development Team: Manage and support a team of business developers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior management at key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Internal Departments: Work closely with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Design and Develop Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing strategists to design and develop sales campaigns that target commercial customers and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations, with a strong understanding of how to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a plus.
