Job Summary:

As the EMEA Sales Director for Broadcom's CA portfolio, you will lead the sales strategy for the region, managing a team of business developers and collaborating with key partners to achieve financial and business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing and supporting a team of EMEA business developers, building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management, and collaborating with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
