Are you a dedicated and passionate Teaching Specialist seeking a rewarding role in Norfolk, England? Inspire EHC Ltd is looking for experienced Learning Support Professionals to join their team as SEN Teachers. In this role, you will provide exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students with a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning challenges, and social, emotional, or mental health barriers.

About the Role

  • In this SEN Teacher position, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons, adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including onsite clinical teams and experienced senior leadership teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have QTS or QTLS, experience teaching pupils with SEN, and strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to rural locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH.
  • Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
  • Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality.
  • Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey.
