We are seeking an experienced Service Readiness Manager to join our Core Network team at Three. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of operational service readiness in support of technologies within the Core Network domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Delivery of Technology
    • Manage the delivery of operational services to meet business requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Service Acceptance/Readiness
    • Develop and implement service acceptance criteria to ensure readiness for deployment
    • Work with partners and internal teams to ensure risks are owned and mitigated
  • Managed Services Tendering
    • Lead the tendering process for managed services to ensure best value for Three
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service level agreements
  • Opex Management
    • Manage operational expenses to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
  • Service Operations Strategy
    • Develop and implement service operations strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service level agreements
  • Continual Service Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for service improvement and develop strategies to implement change
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service level agreements
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in service delivery and operational management
    • Experience in managing service delivery in a multi-partner/vendor environment
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of ITIL service management frameworks
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in a related field (e.g. business, management, IT)
