Job Summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Charge Nurse to join our Haematology Clinic team. As a Senior Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and providing comprehensive and holistic care to patients with haematological cancers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients with haematological cancers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration
  • Experience in haemato-oncology setting (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at a highly specialised level
